TT opinion: A superb Hardy Salmon Perfect reel just in. Part of a super collection just in. A fine vintage classic Hardy Perfect 4 1/4″ diameter wide drum salmon fly reel, with rim tension adjuster, original left-hand drum screw, the reel is right hand wind with twin internal springs and steel pawls. Smooth check clicker. I think the reel has been refinished sometime in its life. Superb quality reel, hand made in the Hardy Alnwick factory by craftsmen, built to last forever.
