Just in another superb Hardy transitional brass Perfect salmon fly reel. Extremely rare size of 3.25″ diameter. This reel has the nickel silver annular line guard, brass dished drum with screw through central core, original white handle, brass bridged rim tensioner with turks head locking nut. Foot very slightly shortened at each end. Internal 1896 check mechanism with steel ball bearings. Fully working strong check, shaded rod in hand trade mark and 18373-612 patent numbers.
