DELIVERY & COLLECTION
We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days (excluding weekends), using courier tracked services. We will provide you with tracking information. In most cases, you will receive an email from Parcel2Go or Interparcel advising you of the tracking details and the courier used. If you do not receive tracking details, please check your junk email folder before contacting us. Please note that both Parcel2go and Interparcel are shipping brokers not carriers. We use reputable carriers such as Royal Mail, ParcelForce, TNT, DPD, UPS, FedEx etc. with tracking.
If you require the item urgently, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you. This may incur an increased charge for using an expedited shipping service. If you require us to use a particular courier service, please contact us to advise of this when you order.
All shipments are fully covered for loss and or damage in transit.
Standard UK shipping is charged at £8 for reels and £15 for rods, with other items charged at between £5 and £15 depending on size. Book-only orders are charged at £1.99.
You are welcome to collect your order from one of our offices, by pre-arranged appointment.
Standard international (non-UK) shipping is charged at a flat rate of £15 for reels and £29 for rods, for courier tracked shipping. Rates for smaller and larger items may vary. Delivery times vary depending on the country.
Orders to Canada will usually be shipped using Royal Mail.
Please be aware that international orders (including to the EU) may attract VAT or customs charges, which are set by the destination country and are out of our control. These vary depending on the destination country and are payable by the customer. If you refuse to pay these fees the item will be automatically returned to us, and we reserve the right to deduct any additional costs we incur from any refund.
Thomas Turner are committed to high standards of practice and ensuring you have complete confidence in your purchases. We aim to describe our items fully and document their condition thoroughly. We are also happy to answer any questions prior to purchase. In the event that you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly issue a full refund (excluding return transport costs, unless the item has been mis-described in error). The items must be returned within 14 working days of receipt in the same condition that they left us.
In the event that goods are delivered in a damaged condition it is important this is noted on the delivery receipt and a copy is forwarded to us. We will cover loss or damage in transit of any items sold by us, on receipt of photographic or other evidence.
CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS
All items purchased from Thomas Turner are covered under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which give all buyers the right to cancel the purchase within 14 working days after receipt of the item, for a full refund. Return postage is at the buyer’s cost.
