Hardy The Alnwick Greenheart 6 piece salmon rod No A17282. Dating it to 1906. A stunning rod, with 6 sections in all. The standard rod is 14’6- 3 piece plus a correct spare tip making 4 sections, all factory correct. Two additional factory shorter tips making rods of approx. 13’ and 12’3, again all are original. Sheet cork handle with brass Hardy tube and W reg fitting. brass butt cap with Hardy details and Hardy red rubber screw button. Brass ferrules with polished wood and cork stoppers. The rod comes in original cloth bag with Rod in Hand embroidered logo. Superb collectors rod can still be fished and looks great on display
