TT opinion: A rare Harding’s of High Road, Willesden Green, London 12’ 3-piece vintage coarse fishing rod. Whole cane butt & stepped middle, whole cane and split cane stepped tip, green close whipped low bridge centrepin rings, bronze ferrules with original wood stoppers. 21” cork handle with bronze front cone, alloy sliding reel rings, butt cap & red rubber button. Lovely example, probably made by Olivers, as Harding’s shop was tiny, a good collectable fishable coarse rod & comes in makers original fitted cloth bag.
