It’s a busy time at TT HQ!

I have been lucky enough to have now worked with Thomas Turner for just over 3 years and what a learning curve it has been since my eBay days selling the odd decent reel once or twice a month when time permitted. I have been extremely lucky.
It’s currently very busy at TT HQ! With the number of enquiries and increased buying, this obviously means more listing, and more selling!
Our system now works extremely well. The majority of our buying is carried out remotely, whereby buyers send us their tackle, we check out the goods and we then pay via bank transfer. It really couldn’t be easier. We are an internet based business and the way we operate now is what the business has needed for a long time. We are moving with the times and this is what customers want to see. A no quibble way of selling to us and sending your tackle to us. Any issues with packaging, please speak to us and we can recommend a courier that will either collect your tackle from you or package your tackle for you, obviously at an extra cost. For very large collections, we will still travel to you if necessary!
Check out the photo above. This just represents one box of tackle that arrived this morning! One call to me, a price was agreed and a few days later it arrived! This is what we like doing. Nice easy transactions. This lot will be on the site by the weekend! Please keep an eye on our website as new items are added daily! Anything you want that we havent got, contact us and we can try and source the item/s for you.
We have always been busy buying tackle, but as I mentioned in a previous blog, in the last 12 months or so buying opportunities have increased expodentially as our business model has changed. Thomas Turner are expanding and this is why we are now advertising for someone to come into our offices and assist with listing items on the website.
