TT opinion: A superb rod we have the pleasure in selling here at TT, this Zziplex Profile is hand built and is one of the nicest rods available on the market. It has been designed for fishing over clean ground with an optimum casting weight of 125 grams. It has a medium to fast action and can cope with most casting styles. Due to this rod only having a Diameter of 22mm it is very light and can held for long periods of time while stood in the Surf.
Zziplex is a family owned company run by the husband and wife team of Terry and Barbara Carroll. The company was founded in the spring of 1980 to capitalise on the Casting experience of Terry Carroll who had broken the British Casting Record several times during the late sixties and seventies.”
