Super Paoli vintage spinning reels Brazilian copy of the French Luxor Supreme for collector

This is a rare Super Paoli vintage spinning reel being a Brazilian made copy of the French Luxor Supreme. left hand wind folding handle, positive snap shut bail and an anti-reverse lever under the spool flier. It’s a fully working example and retains most original factor green wash finish. The USA company Bache Brown was a major manufacturer/ wholesaler of spinning reels post WW2. They built Luxor reels (Est 1938) in the USA becoming extremely successful. It’s more than likely they were copied by Paoli.Paoli and CIA Ltd Industria Brasileria to piggyback the success.
