TT opinion: A rare Pezon et Michel Ritz Super Parabolic Colorado 7’7″ staggered ferrule split cane fly rod with spare factory tip. Its line rated #4/5, all factory original and little used. Bronze ferrule with cane extension plug to protect the tips in the bag. Shaped cork handle, bronze anodized reel fitting. Beautiful rod comes with the original receipt of purchase dated 18th April 1998 at a cost of £985 including the alloy screw top tube. In addition, it has various colour leaflets showing Thomas Turner of Reading as a Pezon retailer. We believe the rod came from TT over 20 years ago. The factory Pezon warranty card is filled out with the correct matching rod serial number CS263S. Plus a Pezon-headed leaflet of how to care for and maintain your rod is included. Without doubt its one of the best Pezon rods we have seen and complete with all corresponding paperwork, it makes this a real find for both collector and traditional angler.
