TT opinion: This Mitchell 984 sea surf fishing reel is new old stock rescued from a tackle shop that ceased trading 20 years ago, however the reels are much older. The reel is new in the box with papers and works 100%, the box may have a few marks and dust from general shelf storage. Great collector item
