A stunning taxidermy Chub by J Cooper & Son, 28 Radnor St, ST Lukes. London. Glazed bow front gilt lined case 27″ x 12.5 x 6″ with twin round wire handling loops. The scale-painted fish is mounted over a reed and gravel base. Both end glass panels are correct, with no chips or cracks. Fish measures approx 21″ long so a good 5lb? plus specimen. The case has been carefully blacked, and now looks stunning
