TT opinion: A change to buy an extremely rare Hardy Richard Walker Carp rod in in Palakona cane. Hand built in Alnwick one year only, 1969, These in fine condition ell over £1000, however, because the tip section is a mere 2″ short, its at a bargain price. Otherwise its in super condition, original whips,High bells guides with agate lined butt and tip rings and 28″ cork handle. Its beautifully balanced, fishes well, you dont notice the short tip at all. Comes in makers original cloth bag
