TT opinion: Just in from our 120+ Hardy reel collection bought in my Thomas Turner this fine Hardy Brass Faced 4″ Perfect salmon fly reel having very rare waisted alloy pillars and 8 cusps to the alloy drum. Reel has original white handle, brass bridged rim tension regulator with turks head locking nut, original cast straight alloy foot, all three Hardy logos to face plate, 1896 check mechanism . Winds without and hesitation, fully working check. A beautiful original reel. One to fish or collect!
