TT opinion:
Hardy Silex No 2 Reel circa 1920s, twin black handles, white side brake lever, 77mm straight brass foot which has been shortened at one end. Brass rim tension regulator and metal latch removal. Stamped ‘B’ internally and ‘J’ to brass foot. Catches slightly when spun. Nice overall dark finish.
