TT opinion: A very good used vintage classic Hardy Perfect 4 1/4″ diameter wide drum salmon fly reel, with rim tension adjuster, original left-hand drum screw, the reel is right hand wind with twin internal springs and steel pawls. Smooth check clicker. Later ribbed alloy 67mm straight foot. Superb quality reel, hand made in the Hardy Alnwick factory by craftsmen, built to last forever.
