TT opinion: A fully working example of the 1950s Hardy Perfect fly reel. Its the 3-7/8″ diameter narrow drum model, ideal for sea trout and light salmon fishing. Black handle, working rim tension adjuster. Correct 60mm smooth alloy foot. The factory agate line guide has a feint crack(see image) ,but this doesnt affect use. The reel winds smooth and well, no drum rock or play and ready to fish
