TT opinion: Hardy JLH #8/9 alloy fly reel in as new condition. Reel No 23 is Made in England. It can be fished left or right-hand wind, rear disc brake adjuster and smooth low noise check clicker. It’s missing the little Hardy sticker to the center of drag control. Correct smooth alloy foot blade, a  high-quality reel with Hardy reel pouch and outer box.
