TT opinion: A classic vintage Hardy 8’6″ two piece hollow glassfibre trout fly rod for line #7. Little used with the original shrink wrap to the cork handle, Guides whipped orange-tipped red, brown spigot ferrule, alloy up screw reel fitting. A good all-round fly rod, still light to handle with plenty of backbone when needed. It comes with makers cloth bag. These rods suit any of the Hardy Marquis, Viscount, Princess or Featherweight series of reels, they look good and balance well.
