A fine Victorian London pattern salmon fly reel, c 1890 made from ebonite and brass with a German silver rim binding, very decorative reel, 1.75” across plates, polished tapered horn handle, smooth check clicker, original pillars and screws, brass foot, lightly tapered to end to fit a modern reel seat, no cracks in the ebonite just the usual fine surface scratches from normal use, a great genuine antique reel for any collector
