TT opinion: Westley Richards of Birmingham by Dingley “The Rolo” Patent Silex 4.5″ diameter casting reel in best collector condition. 2” wide across frame, alloy handlebar with matching twin original handles and brake lever knob. Strapped tension adjuster with on/off check release. 95mm correct brass foo. Patent brake mechanism inside, backplate stamped “PATENT 20133”, reel runs free, initials, reel retains virtually all original finish.
