TT opinion: This is a really fine viactoirna cow horn bait or crepper holder, measuring approx 12″ long with holes to sides. The wooden base plug is fitted with a small brass loop to attach a cord,similar loop to the front end. Hinged spring brass cap opens to allow the bait to be released. A great piece of angling ephemera to dispaly in any collection or man cave
