A very nice HL Leonard Cane fly rod, 9′, three piece plus two spare tips, the latter being slightly shorter in length. S shaped alloy eyes, fine honey coloured lacquered finish with bronze wraps tipped in red. Smooth shaped cork handle, butt cap is stamped “The Leonard Rod, H.L. Leonard Rod Co. Alloy screw in reel fittings, clean smooth shaped cork handle. No details / patent numbers to ferrules. A nice straight rod with creased original bag and outer alloy tube.
