TT opinion: Ogden Smith Exchequer by Dingley 3.5”, 3 part Perfect pattern alloy trout fly reel. Black handle, Ogden Smith’s oval logo, made in England & Exchequer stamped to winding plate. Nickle left-hand drum screw & washer. Correct 64mm smooth brass foot, internally stamped “D4” with floating ball race & spin pawl check with rim adjuster. A super quality reel, no drum rock or play. It retains virtually all original dark lead finish.
