Not seen one of these before. Early Nottingham & brass starback reel, 3.5” diameter, 3 screw quick release drum latch, with rarely seen spindle adjuster screw and boss, this is a wide drum spool with brass rear flange secured by 8 screws & a steel core, making it a heavy drum but spins well, brass star back & foot blade, no ratchet ever fitted, twin horn handles, fine collector reel.
