TT opinion: An antique Malloch of Perth Patent black japanned fly tin additionally engraved to front J Bernard + Son , 5 Church Place Piccadilly, London. The tin measures 8” x5” x 1.25”, with a hinged internal swing leaf. It holds 60+ vintage salmon flies most with gut loops in sizes 1” to 2.5” hook lengths, and in assorted patterns, see images for contents. This makes a great display for any tackle cabinet.
