MacLeay of Inverness 2.5″ little all brass Hercules pattern dry fly reel with all its bronzing c 1900

This is a stunning little all brass Hercules pattern dry fly reel by MacLeay of Inverness, its the same reel that was retailed by Hardy c 1890 as the Hercules. This is only 2-1/2″ diameter, the check mechanism is under the front raised housing, white handle and single central screw and makers oval logo  smooth constant check clicker just purrs,, correct slotted and waited foot, all original screw pillars and parts, in superb condition, virtually all its original bronzing and dates  c1890, a true antique reel
