TT opinion: This is an early NON-Impregnated Sharpes Scottie The Aberdeen split cane salmon fly rod. 14’6″, three-piece rod, not line rated but feels a good 9/10 with a modern line. Green close whipped throughout. bronze push ferrules with copper whips, polished wood stoppers. 25″ cork handle, Fixed lower and sliding upper reel fittings. Super quality Scottish factory hand built rod. A couple of the green intermediate whips have lose threads, but definitely fishable. Comes with makers correct cloth bag.
