Hardy “The Silex Major” 3.25” diameter spinning reel, twin white handles with matching brake lever, faceplate block engraved “E.E”. Button spool release, full working internal check, the inner frame stamped “J.W”. Correct 74mm smooth brass foot, backplate nickel adjuster dial marked “extra light to heavy”, reel spins well, no spindle wobble.A fine collector example, comes in sheepskin lined suede case.
