TT opinion: Another lovely Hardy rod just in from a large collection purchased at our Sportfish valuation day. In fine condition this Hardy The County 8’6″ two piece Palakona cane spinning or stalking rod. Built in Alnwick in 1960 its a very clean straight example. Guides whipped green, copper whipped butt ring and ferrule, with polished alloy stopper. 21.5″ cork handle with sliding reel rings, These rods are ideal for not only spinning but carp tench barbel stalking. Comes in makers original fitted zip top cloth bag.
