TT opinion: A good Hardy Super Silex with, twin black ebonite handles, long ribbed brass foot, white lever side brake and stamped PW internally. Nice tight lever brake. You could fish with this reel today just as well as you could fish with it 100 years ago. ELB neatly stamped to faceplate. Very good working order.
