A good Hardy Silex Major measuring 3.5″ across the back plate has twin ebonite handles, white handle trigger brake, ribbes brass foot and the early circular turning regulator which arrived before the rim dial. Quick release spool and perforated face plate. No line grooves to pillars, no damage. A good reel to use or collect.
