A fine ‘Hardy Silex pattern 4″ reel with factory 1/4 rim cut out c 1899. Rim mounted milled on/off check works well, pillar drum core. This is the no crossbar model with original white handles fitted direct to drum. Correct smooth brass foot and retaining most factory dark lead finish.
