Rare Hardy Perfect 3 1/8″ diameter made for approximately one year 1897-1898 with white handle, brass strapped rim tensioner, 1896 check mechanism, the brass foot has been strengthened sometime in the past – Please see photos. Some line grooves to one pillar. Minor drum rock turns with a nice crisp ‘click’ with Rod in Hand and Straight line logos to the face plate. A rarely seen model.
