The rod is complete but the tip is worn as per the photos. The whippings are fraying and the cane is quite discoloured. The second eye to the first piece is coming away from the whipping that keeps it in place. There is a set in the tip also. Some TLC will bring it back to life! In blue Hardy cloth rod bag.
