Just in with a nice collection of rare rods this extremely rare Hardy Palakona Marksman in the 8′ 2″ length with smooth cork handle and screw in reel fittings, green wraps tipped in red, lined alloy guides, all original to the rod, brass ferrule and alloy stopper. A fine straight rod with no knocks or ticks. I have only seen a few of these palakona cane Marksman rods in 30 years. Complete with original cloth bag. E93152 – made 1952. One to certainly use or for the collection.
