TT opinion: A rarely seen Hardy Origin 9’6″ 4-piece carbon trout fly rod in fine condition. Made in England. A chocolate-burgundy colour blank. Polished frames to the lined butt and stripper guides and snake intermediates. Spigot ferrules with polished alloy stoppers. 7″ shaped cork handle, cork fighting butt, wood spacer, and twin screw polished reel fitting. A fine all round travel fly rod in little used condition. Comes in makers fitted cloth bag, screw top alloy tube and outer sleeve draw string bag.
