TT opinion: A superb Hardy Marksman Specimen Feeder 13′ 2 piece carbon rod in as new condition. Don’t think this one has been used much at all 3 carbon tips, 3oz. 4oz and 5oz with tip tube. Lined guides with screw reel fitting and high grade cork handle. Makes an excellent tench, barbel and bream rod for mid and long range fishing. Comes in maker’s original outer tube – No bag and the pully is missing from the zip.
