TT opinion: A superb Hardy Marksman Specialist Avon Smuggler 11′6″ Avon rod is in mint condition, still with its plastic shrink wrap around the cork handle. A classic 11′ 6″ 4 piece Smuggler with labelled and protective carrying tube and green cloth rod bag. Green graphite carbon with a full length cork handle with a screw fit reel fitting, The previous owner had a number of these classic Marksman rods travel with him around the world but he never managed to use them. They were always in storage and he assures me they were never used which just by looking at the condition they have never seen the water! A superb design by the worlds specialist tackle company. You don’t see many like this in super condition!
