TT opinion: A fine vintage Fosters of Ashbourne 3.5″ narrow drum alloy fly reel by J W Young. Fresh to the market, fully working example, 25mm across the frame with crazed white handle and 68mm smooth brass foot blade. Large drum screw ,the internal V spring and steel pawl give a smooth check click sound. Ideal for lines #4/5
