TT opinion: A rare antique Alloy salmon spring balance scale, engraved Chas Farlow & Co, Makers, 191 Strand London, 7″ alloy barrel plus allumimun hook and hanging rings. 0- 50lb and marked in 1lb increments with numerals every 4lbs. Spring is still very strong and in good overall condition, A rare useable scale and a fine addition to any antique fishing tackle collection plus leather case with replacement strap. ( Not marked Farlow).
