TT opinion:
A Davenport & Fordham Farstrike MK1V Carp 10′ 2-piece split cane rod, burgundy close whipped with red agate lined butt ring. High bells intermediate, lacking tip ring, bronze ferrule, keeper ring & 30.5″ cork handle with anodised reel rings & butt cap with red rubber button. There is some very minor plating loss to 2 rings, the rod is straight, the ferrule is good and tight, with a little TLC will make a fabulous traditional rod for barbel, carp etc, comes in fitted cloth bag.
