TT opinion: A stunning and original Allcocks bronze and ebonite Superior salmon fly reel in full working order, retaining all the original patina finish, its on of the best I’ve seen. It has a fine check clicker, free-turning polished horn handle and original drum screw. The Allcocks Stag logo is stamped the foot, a rare find for any collector. Very monor shaping of one end of the foot blade, otherwise its spot on. A fine and rare reel for any collector and still fishable today
