TT opinion: A rare Allcock Reflex 4” alloy casting reel in best collector condition. Model 1926. Reel number 5945. Machine turned finish alloy casing, nickle plated rim and pillars, various casting brakes, and overrun controls. The reel runs straight and well, and the brake adjusters and tensioners are all good. It’s one of the best examples I’ve seen. It comes with the original Allcock’s French text letter, cast packet and makers outer box printed in gilt to lid “ Moulinet a Lancer, Reflex ,Brevete SGDG”.in fine condition
