TT opinion: A fine early vintage Allcock Easicast No3 Patent spinning reel by J W Young, England. 4” diameter reel with factory rim cut out. Side lever on off check and brake overrun control bar with tension adjuster.left hand drum screw. 79mm correct smooth brass foot,4 spokes to the underside of the drum. The reel is correct spins free and fully working. A fine example with good lead finish for the collector.
