2 all brass antique salmon fly fishing reels to use or display, one Scottish?

This is a pair of antique all brass salmon plate wind reels. The 4” model is probably Scottish (Edinburgh) by the faceplate pattern and has a good positive check clicker as it turns. Polished horn handle and all original. Dating c 1900, it’s a good reel to both fish or display. The 4.5” model is a wide drum and feels massive, Polished horn handle no check clicker, early rivetted foot blade. Filled with the line it’s a real handful.The pair will make a great display for any tackle cabinet or perhaps even a tackle shop to show the history and evolution of the sport
