Tuna fish spotted in Derbyshire

In this ever-changing world who would have thought Tuna fish would once again show around the coast of the British Isles.

This week whilst travelling on a call to Derbyshire my son called to say he spotted a 6’ Tuna fish in Buxton? Never one to miss an opportunity, a swift U turn and off to the coordinates he supplied took me to Tin Man Scrap processing on a hilltop in the edge of the Peak District.

True to his word, I extract this hollow body Tuna fish with mad plans of advertising spinning inside my head.

Its also reminded me that many real Tuna fish are being caught around the UK shores now. We are constantly being asked for Tuna big game tackle and want to buy more.

It could be anything from the ultra-rare Hardy Fortuna 9” ex wide shown here to Penn Senator and International models plus Shimano reels. Vintage and modern usable reels rods with associated tackle is always wanted.

We buy outright, trade and exchange to suit your needs. Time to rediscover what’s in the loft, cupboard or man cave and out the tackle you no longer use turning it no more tackle or cash to suit your requirements
