TT opinion:
A fine Hardy The Hotspur vintage folding line winder or drier in original condition, 4 shaped 7” steel arms located on a square centre boss, unscrew the brass lock nut then lift and place the arms to the flat transport or 4 point winder positions, all correct including the metal locating pin to the hub, table clamp stamped with makers details.  Good to use or display a fine Hardy gadget.
