Hardy Coast Master 9’ 2-piece Fibalite vintage surf fishing rod 1968-1980

A rare Hardy Coast Master 9’ 2-piece vintage surf fishing rod in fine condition. Built 1968 to 1980, few of these ever seen. Yellow whipped lightweight guides spigot ferrule with rubber stopper., 28” cork handle with screw reel fitting. A powerful rod for virtually shore species, mackerel, cod, bass even tope. No casting weight marked but it has to be a comfortable 3oz lead and it pulls through well. very light oxidation to some of the guide frame legs, probably wire wool off. an iconic model & comes in maker’s original bag.
