TT opinion: This is a very good pre owned Hardy Marquis alloy fly fishing reel. The Salmon No 2 is a wide drum reel with a large line capacity. 4 1/8″ diameter, 36mm across the frame, internal metal check. Can be fished left or right-hand wind. Comes with 5 spare spools all fitted with floating line & backing. All spools come in a black padded foam case. Some minor wear to rims on reel. Still one of the best traditional Alnwick built fly reels!
