An interesting little brass reel came to our attention today by way of a request.
It’s from the collection of Jarmo of Finland and he’s keen to find the makers of this little beauty.
We all know Heaton’s were famous for producing the fishing scene reels which turn up occasionally.
This reel is smaller and has a different brass relief scene of two fish, 2 rods and a creel.
It’s a really neat piece, looks all original and has most of the original patina too.
So, we are looking for the production name or part number if anyone can help us to help Jarmo to fill the information gap.
